Product Description:
Status Center is a product that lets you track incoming employee calls
or other incoming calls. This product allows you to assign a person to the
call. Status Center allows you to mark an item as urgent, and keep track
of who answer the call and when. Status Center allows you to display
call information for a selected date, if the message was urgent, or who
responded to the call, or a combination of the above.
