Applicant Tracker was designed to run under RBase 5.5 for windows by
MicroRim. By doing this, it allows the user
to create custom reports and make major modifications to the system. The
application allows multiple users to enter data, and run reports. The system
keeps track of race, sex, veteran status, and much more. This data is used to
help you meet your reporting requirements. The screens are easy to follow, with
many pull down menus. With the application you can generates letters to the
applicants. The application can also print out reports that give you statics on
race, sex, and Source, plus many more reports. The application also generates a
file that our Applicant Rating System uses. The disk is
created with just a key stroke. Applicant Tracker is a very powerful applicant
